Welcome to Doctors for Covid Ethics inaugural newsletter. Thank you for your support of our efforts to uphold medical ethics, patient safety and human rights in response to COVID-19.
We hope that you will find these newsletters useful, to help you stay updated on our recent and upcoming endeavours, such as the Interdisciplinary Covid-19 Conference held on July 29 and 30, and the filing of expert evidence prepared by Doctors for Covid Ethics signatories in a major lawsuit in Europe.
As this is our inaugural newsletter, we will also provide a brief overview of where we have been and what brought us here, for those of you who are new to our endeavours.
Where we’ve been
As you may know, Doctors for Covid Ethics came into being in late February 2021, when 13 Doctors and scientists wrote to the European Medicines Agency (EMA), with urgent safety concerns regarding gene-based COVID-19 vaccines. Our letter sought assurances that risks of clotting and bleeding had been ruled out prior to the vaccines’ authorisation, detailing the medical grounds for our concerns. In the absence of such crucial safety data we demanded an immediate halt to the vaccination program. Within days, reports of vaccine-induced clotting began to emerge around the world, leading to vaccine suspensions in several countries. The EMA, however, dismissed our warnings.
We countered with two subsequent letters (here and here), explaining that officially acknowledged blood abnormalities likely represent “just the tip of a huge iceberg”. On April 20 we stressed that “the cardinal symptoms of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) dominate the list of adverse reactions” to COVID-19 vaccines. The EMA remained unmoved.
Despite press releases going out to all major English speaking news outlets worldwide (see here and here), the mainstream media ignored our warnings. Nevertheless, thanks to independent media and independent networks, our first letter quickly received nearly 200,000 views on the website Medium, and a video interview by one of our founding signatories, Professor Sucharit Bhakdi MD, explaining the science behind our letters, attracted over 2 million views.
Hundreds of doctors and scientists from over 30 countries have signed our letters to the EMA, joining our calls for medical safety, transparency and rgulatory oversight of COVID-19 vaccines.
After writing to the EMA, in late April we published a literature review of the COVID-19 vaccines’ risk-benefit profile. The document was immediately removed from our Medium site for violating Medium’s terms. So we found ourselves a new home, on a secure website that is as safe from censorship as any group of doctors and scientists can organise.

What’s new
Here is some of what is new at Doctors for Covid Ethics:
We held an online interdisciplinary COVID-19 symposium titiled ‘Gold Standard Covid Science in Practice’ on July 29 and 30, generously hosted by the news website UK Column. The event attracted more than 350,000 views across two days, surpassing most mainstream media online viewership and breaking all of UK Column’s previous records. It has since received well over half a million views. Presenters included Professor Sucharit Bhakdi MD, Dr Mike Yeadon, Catherine Austin Fitts, Dr Reiner Fuellmich and over 20 others. Edited replays of the symposium are available on our website in four sessions: Session 1 – The False Pandemic, Session 2 – The Going Direct Reset, Session 3 – First Do No Harm, and Session 4 – The Hour of Justice. Clips of individual presentations and panel discussions will be posted on our website soon. Keep your eye out.
Expert scientific evidence prepared by three Doctors for Covid Ethics signatories was filed in Europe at the European General Court as part of a lawsuit challenging the EMA’s decision to extend emergency use of Pfizer’s vaccine for 12- to 15-year-olds. The evidence describes the safety profile of vaccines in this age group as “catastrophically bad“. You can download a pdf of the expert evidence here.
A detailed analysis of the COVID-19 vaccines’ toxicity, pharamacokinetics and implications for female fertility was prepared by two Doctors for Covid Ethics signatories. The document explains the significance of findings that the vaccine lipid nanoparticle enters the bloodstream rapidly following vaccination, and accumulates at high concentrations in the ovaries, the spleen and the liver, conferring “plausible and grave risk to female fertility”.
New discoveries on the immunology of SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 vaccines were summarised and sent to tens of thousands of doctors in Europe (see here and here). Those discoveries reveal that the vast majority of people are protected against COVID-19 by memory antibodies, rendering vaccination superfluous, and booster shots increasingly dangerous. Due to vaccine-immune interactions, each revaccination can be expected to pose escallating risks of clotting, damage to vessel walls and leakage from blood vessels, as a result of forseeable self-to-self immune attack. The letters warn physicians that the new findings “alter the entire landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic, and they force us to reassess the merits of vaccination against SARS-CoV-2.“
A handout for doctors and patients explaining the new findings, and their implications for vaccine safety, is in preparation. Patients are advised that “those who have already been vaccinated against COVID-19, and whose health remains intact, can protect themselves against serious harm by stopping now.” The handout will be distributed to doctors and posted on our website shortly.
Founding signatory, Professor Sucharit Bhakdi MD, posted a video unpacking the immunology behind the new findings.
Our censored Vaccine Risk-Benefit document was updated to incorporate the new immunological findings, as well as a Lancet analysis of vaccine efficacy data. The Lancet analysis places the Absolute Risk Reduction for COVID-19 vaccines, with respect to positive PCR results and mild to moderate symptoms only, at around 1%. We explain that this level of efficacy is both clinically and statistically insignificant.
A short film featuring Doctors for Covid Ethics was published, in which signatories from a range of scientific and medical backgrounds peel back the spin to explain COVID-19 medicine and science in honest terms.
We added a page on our website with links to resources including template letters and notices of liability, for individuals seeking to protect their rights and health in response to COVID-19 mandates.
The results of a Freedom of Information request by one of our signatories in Australia were posted on our website, revealing that the Australian medical regulator authorised Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines data sight unseen. The FOI request shows that the regulator “never saw or requested the patient data from Pfizer and simply accepted their reporting of their study as true.”
Notices of liability were also sent to all members of the European Parliament in April and May, warning that parliamentarians may be held personally liable for vaccine-related harm and death subsequent to authorising vaccine passports (the ‘green pass’) and vaccination of children.

Post Script
Having updated you on our main activities since we first formed, we would like to take a moment to comment on scientific censorship. It may come as no surprise that fighting so fiercely against censorship, in order to share evidence-based analysis from experts at the tops of their fields, is not what most doctors and scientists have spent their careers preparing for.
We are heartened by the overwhelming success of our recent symposium offering expert evidence, experience and analysis free of censorship and spin. As we wrote to you in the Symposium wrap-up, “We believe that the success of this symposium is testament to the power, influence and reach that can be achieved when independent experts, independent media and independent viewers come together to share genuine, unadulterated information in a spirit of open exchange.”
We are keenly aware that our fight against censorship is not about ourselves. As subscribers will no doubt understand, COVID-19 censorship is about the hijacking of science by politics. The intimidation and silencing of scientists and doctors has served to take the practice of medicine out of doctors’ and patients’ hands, and place it in the hands of corporations, the media and the state. All of these entities possess serious conflicts of interest in responding to COVID-19, and all lack appropriate medical and scientific subject-matter expertise.
The COVID-19 response is a fundamentally political and corporate, pseudo-medical project, in which the norms of scientific enquiry have been shut down. Scientific debate, wherby collective scrutiny and open critique prevails, is being quashed. A scientific tradition within which competing hypotheses are proposed and tested, and conclusions are held up for analysis and review, has been stymied. This has been necessary for official COVID dogma to prevail.
Because in a scientifically open environment, only the strongest science survives. Under suppression and censorship, weak science, and pseudoscience, thrives. Such is the fabric of the prevailing COVID-19 response.
So our fight to keep on writing and speaking is a fight for the norms of science, as much as it is a fight to keep men, women and children safe from poorly tested, poorly regulated, unnecessary and unsafe COVID-19 vaccines. We do it in the interests of medical ethics, public health and patient care.
